Mount San Antonio Loop

Great day to summit Baldy. Lots of hikers but well spread out on trail.

Windy at summit blowing in from east across snow patches, burr!!

Best route is up Baldy Bowl to summit, down Devils Backbone to Top of the Notch lodge.

This route incentivizes with cold drinks i.e. beer at the lodge.

You can take lift down from here for $18 or just grab a walking beer and head down the fire road back to parking.

FYI: wood sign at summit is a fake!!
