Mount Tamalpais – beach- top-beach

Excellent day for a hike – cool, sunny. Started from Stinson Beach in calm conditions and by the time we reached the top of Mt. Tam there were white caps on the ocean but no wind on the top. Loved this hike due to the huge contrasts in vegetation and the lupins and California poppies were blooming. Being able to soak our feet in the ocean after the 16.8 miles round trip was a bonus!
