Mount Umunhum

The majority of the trail is covered with trees. The open area with the sun beaming down on us was very much welcomed since the shade and wind made it very cold at times. There were a lot of mountain bikers and with the train being narrow, you have to stop often for them to pass. Also, because of the wind, it was difficult to hear the bells from the bikes. There were also several VW beetles that seemed to have crashed from the road above pass the trail to the bottom or side of the mountain. But overall, I love the gradual incline and the well-maintained trail.
