We arrived at the trailhead around 6:00 a.m. and the trailhead parking was 50-75% full. There were a lot of large groups hiking today… it seemed the majority were hiking clockwise via the Ski Hut Trail. There must have been close to 100 people at the summit! It was incredibly hot coming down (upper 80s – low 90s!) There were a lot of trail runners out today as well.
