We started at about 8am. Plenty of parking but a lot of mosquitos. The bugs faded away pretty quickly once on the trail head. We chose to hike up Liberty. We took a short excursion down Hammond and then circled back to got up to the summit. The hike up Liberty was fairly easy and ran across a bunch of toads and colorful mushrooms. The hike up to the summit is challenging. Our total hike time was just around 3.5 hours and covered about 8.5 miles.
