Mt D #5 for me ????

This was #5 for me and #6 for my hiking buddy, Sue, who didn’t sign up, but loved the challenge so much she will probably sign up for 2020. We started at 8:25 am, a bit chilly but warmed up fast as the trail begins to ascend pretty quickly. I love this trail, So fun with the single track and winding through woodsy, rocky terrain and the  amazing views as you pass Mitchell Rock, Twin Peaks, Eagle Peak, Meridian Ridge, North Peak and of course the summit! Visitor center is always so welcoming and a warm and cozy place to rest before the return
