Mt. Diablo – no snakes!

6am start from over a mile away from Mitchell Canyon parking lot since it opens late morning.  Highly recommend clockwise hike to climb the steeper single track gravel trail instead of slipping into poison oak (some overgrown).

Downhill, post summit was wider fire roads and temps reached about 78 degrees.  Great creek at bottom right to soak your (sore) feet!  Fun adventure????
