9/24/2022 Summited Mt Mansfield via the Long Trail to Profanity Trail crossed the ridgeline and descended via the Haselton Trail. Met a group from the Green Mountain Club and they welcomed me to join them, so I did. They were a great group to hike with, supportive and friendly.  Trail conditions on were wet/muddy and icy near the summit. Extremely windy at the top but overall, the days weather was good. Fall foliage was just starting to change so the colors were not spectacular.
