Mt. Pinos

I have done the hike from the Nordic Base to the summit many times. All trails said hiking from the McGill parking lot to the summit and back was 15 miles round trip. We however calculated 17.4 miles. It was a beautiful hike, greenery everywhere. We did not see many people on trail. It was quiet and even though the weather called for thunderstorms, there was no rain at all. It was cold and foggy at the summit, but all in all a great day!
