Was parking an issue? The news said parking lots were closed

  We parked on Hwy 1, around the corner from the trailhead. There wasn’t a ton of parking there and we got there at 8:45am. There was plenty of parking at Stinson beach and that was less than 1/2 mile away.

    Thanks Dawn! I left early and got to the trailhead parking before 8am. It was already more than half full by then.
