Mt. Tam was no joke!

This one was a doozy! We started quite early to beat the heat, but it ended up being a super hot day and almost thought we bit off more than we could chew. We kept a pretty steady pace the whole way, with a few breaks throughout the day to have a snack and get a breather. There were spots along the way to fill waters which was great because we certainly needed it. I made a bit of a wrong choice on the way back down and added an extra decline and incline, which my hiking partner was not happy about, but made the swim at Stinson Beach that much better!
