Mt Um-limited Wild Flowers

Started at around 8:15 am from Bald Mountain parking (lot was almost full). Clear skies, gorgeous day, with lot of fog still over the bay. Mt Um summit trail had loads of wild flowers everywhere , so much variety, shapes sizes and colors! Very beautiful.

Found a dead baby rattle snake on the trail, and saw a California tiger whiptail lizard.

Walked to Bald Mountain to check out more flowers, that trail/ walk is always beautiful with a variety of flowers and lots of butterflies.  Could hear crickets, cicadas, bees, flies, different birds … this short trail is a good one to listen to nature’s music.
