Mt Umunhum

Great hike after a few month respite due to summer vacations and travels.  The temperature was warm (mid 80’s).  Started on the trail at about noon and got back down @ 1630.  Took the Woods Trail to Barlow to Mt Umunhum trail.  The best part was the Ununhum trail… Shady and cool trail until reaching the top.  The views were amazing and it was fun to see the radar tower get bigger as I got closer.  Took a few pics, had a peanut butter and honey sandwich and hiked back down.  Other than St. Helena, I could see all the other peaks in the challenge… Last one to go will be Mt. Tam in a few weeks.
