Mt. Umunhum kick-off hike with Elaine

The trail was perfect for the warm day of it is mostly in the trees. It was also a perfect way to start the 6-peaks Challenge as the climb was relatively gentle. The view is beautiful at the top although we couldn’t see the ocean as the coast was fogged in. We brought a picnic lunch and ate by the display area. Next time we will eat at the picnic tables across from the parking lot!
