So we planned in August to have Mt Wilson be the final summit of the six pack. We lucked out bc it’s was raining days leading up and after but the 26th was clear and actually hit bc of Santa Ana winds. Made sure to have extra water. Didn’t put on enough sun block. Yikes, was really hot for Dec. So happy to be doing our last one since we decided in August to start the six pack instead of April of May.
Felt every inch of the 4700 ft elevation gain too. Awesome last hike of the six pack.
