Mt wilson long but rewarding.

Started off a bit later than expected and the first 2 miles were a challange untill we got in the brush and offcourse with that came the shade. Loved the history along the way and the fotos’s posted from yesteryear were a treat. as mentioned this was a long hike about 7 miles up with a steady, but tasking incline. on the top we were greated with great views and we were able to walk freely around as we investigated the telescopes. unfortunately. the Cosmic Cafe was closed, but we just heard it is due to open June 19th. All in all a great hike.
