Hike on weekday with parking at Chantry Flats not a problem. Day was very overcast and cool so made hike comfortable. Lots of shade provided by trees and still a lot of water but crossing not a problem. Lot of downed trees on the loop trail with a couple blocking the trail. Was slippery going on top of downed trees to get over and continue hike. Some bugs were annoying as you get to the top and at Mt Wilson
