Mt Wilson, Mt Wilson. You are High Up…

Mt Wilson was hard. The first 3/4 quarters of the hike were beautiful! It was up and down, winding, really enjoyable. There were a few points that were a little sketchy, but overall beautiful. The last couple of miles, well pretty much sucked. They were exposed, and it was hot! When we got to the top the parking lot was chained closed, so that was a little disappointing… didn’t they know we were coming? LOL This hike really had me reflecting on the pioneer hikers, that carried limited water in heavy containers… So helped me not to complain too much!
