Took the day off work and decided to bag Mt Woodson from Lake Poway. My roommate and I left from the trailhead at 6am. There were a few people already on the trail but we were glad to just be out and about after a month or more of COVID-19 shutdowns. Trail up is well marked. The views to the west are great. It was slightly hazy but still worth the effort. Potato Chip Rock had a few people waiting to get on. I decided to forgo the line. After a snack and a break we headed back down. There were a few more people coming up as we were heading down. Great little day hike.
