Mummy mountain is a awesome mountain because when viewed from the side, it looks like a mummy laying down. This hike to Mummy Mtn (aka Mummy’s Tummy) is the highest point on the Mummy. I solo’d this hike and ascended the peak in just under 2 hours starting at Trail Canyon trailhead and intersecting the North Loop Trail then going up the famous scree slope. I then went to Mummy’s Toe where I ascended the toe and then went to Fletcher and Cockscomb Peaks afterwards.
