My first time hiking Wilson

The weather was perfect! The entire hike was beautiful. Met so many people along the way. Stopped a few times to have a snack, explore or just for a breather. I loved the camp site there, with the big swing. Of course I had to swing on it. The hike seemed quite long LOL. Kept wondering when we’d get there. Those switchbacks tho!!!! The last mile or so just dragged. I thought we’d never reach the peak. I started getting grumpy LOL. We made it though, and I was very happy. The view was amazing. I could see all the way out to the ocean. We headed down later than we wanted. I knew we were probably going to lose daylight, and we did. The last mile or so, was in complete darkness. Yes I then realized, I DO NOT like hiking in the dark. The darker it gets, the more noses you hear LOL. Was a great challenging and tiresome hike. Looking forward to the next 5
