My St Helena ain’t gonna beat ya

Great day to hike. There was rain forecast in the afternoon. The day started out sunny but as we got higher up the mountain, the wind picked up and the threat of rain came and went a few times.

I joined a hike here last year at about the same time to keep a friend company while she finishes her last hike. I had such a good time and that hike made me decide to sign up this year. . Last year was cold and snowy at the last 2 miles up. This year it’s clear and warmer but just as enjoyable. Mt St Helena lives up to its “unpredictability “.
