Mystical Mountain Top

It was a foggy day summit with pouring rain in between. We spent a long time at Bellows Pipe Shelter listening to the rain and watching the fog roll through. Trillium & ramps lined the forest floor and it was absolutely magical. When we reached the top the skies opened up and the deluge began. We spent an hour inside the Thunderbolt shelter while enjoying lunch and dry off. We saw one hiker at the summit. It was a beautiful, wet, foggy day in the forest.
