Never have I ever… sunburned my eyes. Until now.

Another snow hike?  Sure, why not!  It’s pi day.

Little did I know that sunglasses should have been part of the gear I wore. It was a beautiful day as  I climbed the snow covered mountain. Only a little healthy fear as I saw all of the different animal tracks the further up I got.  I did my best to name them and see where they walked. Under the tall trees, the trail disappeared as not many came before me.  It was also “raining” as the snow melted off the high peaks.  Met a couple of ladies up at the summit.  Seemed everyone else took the easy route up – the fire road. Definitely one of my favorite hikes due to the weather.
