New Years Day Sitton Peak

After having lofty goals of doing a few of the SD 6 pack I instead decided to enjoy my New Years at home and stay up to the change over.  Therefore ended up sleeping in a bit so I cruised out from San Clemente up to the Candy Store around 10am.  Weather was great, at times a little chilly, but overall great.  Trail was in great condition with some muddy sections.  I love this trail for the diversity of it and it’s pretty mellow until it isn’t but that final push is not too long at least.  Stunning views of all of the recent snow up in the Baldy area as well!

Overall 3 hours 9 minutes parking lot to parking lot. Good times!
