Nice clear day for High Point

Parked at the Palomar Hot Shots Fire Station. I bought the Adventure Pass before leaving the house and didn’t see anywhere to purchase one on site. There’s no restroom facilities where you park or at the summit. The trail is pretty well marked and it’s pretty straight forward.

The first few miles are a little rocky and steep. You get a break when the trail meets up with the fire road and then you start climbing. Great weather just a few spots with snow that’s easy to cross. Nice 360 views!
