No Tramway, Just the Hard Way

Such a beautiful area! I started a little before 6am when it was still dark. This was my first time hiking in the dark with a headlamp. It was pretty cool! The first 2 miles or so are pretty steep but then it gets a little easier. I thought it was super cool to actually hike on the PCT for a little bit. Check one off the bucket list! Overall, this hike was very enjoyable, but it was a grind. I was also battling a head cold, so I wasn’t feeling 100%. The last 2 miles, where it got really steep, were pretty brutal on my knees. Only one more peak left! Let’s go!
