Not So Hot (Springs) Mountain

A solo hike this time and I’m always in awe that always a different experience for same trail. I didn’t realize that the parking fee can be paid on line until someone mentioned about it when we were at the peak. If I should have known, that saved me from the unleashed neighbor’s dog that kept barking at me and a few feet away where I was just trying to drop off my payment in the door slot since still early… next online it is.

It was a beautiful day, not yet hot, no bugs either. It was a little breezy at the tower, quite nice for a few minutes after my quick photo-op with the sign. I didn’t try to climb up…that ladder and the rope were a little sketchy for me.

Going back is a different story, it was hot. Thank goodness for my umbrella lol.
