Nothing Flat about Flatiron

We saved the toughest for last! Flatiron was steep, long and sometimes difficult to follow the trail. (after the slide rock area we went too far left and got off trail)  Stick with the map from All Trails and you should be fine. Cold and windy at the top.  It is the most difficult of the 6 peaks,  but not my favorite. I would pick Picacho Peak over Flatiron any day. I’m glad I did it, it was a challenge for sure.
