OK, This is the First Real One!

After accidentally hiking the alt peak (Mount Woodson) while training for the 6 peaks, we are now working on the original set of 6 peaks. Started at 8am and the trail was nice and sunny and perfect temp for hiking. I appreciated the clean porta potty at the trail entrance (including water to wash hands!). Had a great morning hiking with 2 friends, met a few people along the way. Another 6 Peaks hiker was kind enough to take our photo. Took us about 2 hours and then the mandatory stop for Julian Pie. Looking forward to the rest of the peaks and hoping the weather doesn’t go straight to super hot too fast.
