O’Leary

Took the dogs on this one! They did great on the way up, but by the time we were heading down the sandy/rocky road was too hot and rough on their feet and we ended up having to carry our little pitbull part of the way. We drove up from Phoenix – I think we’d have been fine if we’d had an earlier start. Pups were back to their normal selves pretty quickly. It’s a longer but relatively easy hike with some good lookouts and a different perspectives of Flagstaff than we’re used to. It’s not high on my list to do again, but it is a nice work out, especially if you’re getting into (or back into) doing longer hikes.
