O’Leary, O’ how we loved thee!

This by far was our favorite hike! As much as I loved the views of Wilson overlooking Sedona, it was too challenging to enjoy fully. I think O’Leary was very easy for any hiking level- slow steady uphill with a wide road-type trail easy to travel. The view of the crater was astounding and it makes you appreciate the variety of nature and geology Arizona has to offer for being considered “purely desert.” We did go during the Museum fires in Flagstaff, however, so the smoke did get to us a little more than we anticipated it would.
