On to Ontario

Having been sidelined for several months this was my first hike since February. This was challenging with the lengthy time off and I found myself a bit slower than my usual pace. I got started at 6am with the parking lot only half full. It was a beautiful day for a hike and I enjoy the hike from the saddle to Ontario. It  didn’t get hot until the afternoon when I was headed down. A little over 8 hours from start to finish. A great day but a bit sore after so much downtime.
