Over Memorial holiday weekend, we started early in the morning under cool skies and climbed steadily through shaded canyon trails, which was a treat considering this is an exposed trail. We reached the peak by late morning and were rewarded with sweeping views of Cucamonga Peak, Mount Baldy, and the valleys below. Saw a lot of familiar faces while on the trail. After lunch at the summit, we made our way back down, tired but grateful for the peaceful mountain escape. It was a rewarding and memorable way to spend the holiday weekend together with our TMB group.
