Oops, wrong way

This was a hot & steep and a good challenge for us. Maybe the hardest collectively for us of the peaks so far.

Two of us were coming down fast and chatty and missed our trail turn only to end up adding a few more miles to the trek. After feeling the win of hitting the top and heading down, it was not our favorite to have to head back up a mile to get on track again.

Oh well, lessons learned to pay attention to the trail markers… and pay attention to your 6 other friends texting and calling you as they watched us head the wrong way from afar.
