Although we finished the challenge later than expected – I’m glad we finished the Six Peaks with Mt Baldy. This was an excellent end to our challenge. There was great weather with minimal wind. The hike up despite challenging was very fun. Devil’s Backbone was an adventure and the summit was breathtaking. From the top we were able to see all the way to the ocean.

The way down was the most difficult part of our hike. The shorter distance meant a steeper incline and the loose trail did not help the descent.

Overall the hike was a gratifying finish!
