Palomar High Point / Hot Springs Mountain

Solo hike up to Palomar Mountain High Point. I had hiked this trail once before 6 years ago. The first few miles was exposed and quite warm. Passed up another hiker near the beginning. Was nice and cool at the summit, and ran into another hiker whom I recognized. On the way down it was quite hot and ran into a rattlesnake, which scared the bejeezus out of me. Plan was to hike Hot Springs Mountain and Cuyamaca Peak right after on the same day.
