Palomar Mountain – Oak Grove to High Point Trail (5/6)

High Point was a wonderful experience. Although the first 2 miles of the hike were very tiring and steep it slowly got easier to hike up the mountain as the incline decreased. The view was amazing and we could see many places from the peak. Even places like Catalina island were visible from there. There was also a very nice worker at the lookout tower that gave me a squirrel card that shows proof that I hiked up High Point. The weather also allowed us to hike up easily. This was a great hike and I would even say I would go again.
