It was a beautiful day for this hike. Sunny with a cool breeze. There were wildflowers blooming sporadically along the trail.

The trail was uneven from dried mud but not wet.

I’m glad my hiking partner read the trail instructions well or I would’ve kept following the trail and not cut off the trail to the peak.

It was a peaceful hike as we didn’t see any other people until we reached the top. I enjoyed being able to hear the birds and the wind.
