Peak 4 of 12: Sawmill Mountain!

Perfect time to do this hike. Temperatures were cool and there was enough snow to add some variety to the hike and allow for a few snowball fights but not enough to cause a lot of difficulty.

Felt like two hikes in one – the first portion up to Mount Pinos was completely different from the second half to Sawmill Mountain. More strenuous than the “elevation gain” number would suggest since there are a lot of ups and downs along the way. Very fun though!
