Perfect Autumn Hike to High Point

A wonderful way to end our 6 peak challenge. We saw foliage, beautiful birds, a deer and a coyote as well as several happy hikers along the way. The weather was perfect fresh and clear. Layers were the name of day as the elevation and sun exposure created lots of body heat but that quickly dispensed at the breezy summit or when we stopped for a sandwich 5 miles up.
