Perfect hiking conditions

Absolutely perfect conditions right now.  In the 80’s in the flatlands, in the 60’s on the mountain.

Trail is in excellent condition.  There was some storm damage along the creeks.  But nothing too major.  The small wooden bridge got uprooted, and the trail no longer crosses the dry creek at that point.

No bugs or bees on the trail at the moment.  Some snow/ice, but none on the trail.  The trail builders also cut some trees that were blocking the trail after Kelly Camp.

Parking was the biggest issue.  Got there at 5:10, and got one of the last spots in the main lot.
