You think you’re in shape until you hike this trail. Lots of loose rocks, so go slow coming down. Gloves are highly recommended and and you should have hiking shoes with good treads. Lots of scrambles. I enjoyed the cables. Amazing views from the top. It made all the moments I was out of breath totally worth it. Trail was well marked, so it’s easy to follow.
