Pilchuck Could Chuck

This was a planned sunrise hike, however, the last few miles of dirt road took so long because of the very large pot holes some the size of vehicles. We missed the actual sunrise. It was still beautiful and clear out. The trail condition at the beginning was pretty muddy and slippery rocks. It felt like a climb the entire way up. My son and I stopped at each mile to take a rest and enjoy the views.

Would love to do it again with him this time not forgetting to writ our names in the book.
