Beautiful weather, windy but not too much and not cold. We did the Azalea Glen Loop (7.8 miles), going up the road and down the trail. We couldn’t decide if that way was better or better to go the other way around. The road is steep! The trail is super rocky. If you’re doing the loop, I could see advantages to either approach.
