Potato Chip

This trail was mostly steps consistently going upward. We started at about 6:30am and got up to the Chip photo opp spot before 9am. The line was long for photos but we managed.

Suggestion: have someone ready to take a photo from the side. Doesn’t do it justice with a selfie stick.

There were no bugs but it got hot outta nowhere on the way down. Luckily, it was only 7.5ish miles total. The dog (Sgt. Jax) made it about 5 miles and then went into the doggie backpack. Very nice Saturday morning workout!
