Pretty views, lots of bouncing, & bugs!!!

We drove our 4-Runner up to the four corners. Highly recommend a high clearance vehicle only! You could take a car, but I wouldn’t! The views were “above the clouds most of the day, but VERY nice. The summit is anti-climatic with all the cell towers, but the views of surrounding high peaks made up for it!

The bugs were AWFUL & thick! We felt like we were walking through nests of them several times. DO NOT do this hike without a bug headnet or you will be miserable. We wore our headnets approximately 90% of the time and that is not an exaggeration.
