Rocky trail with steep gains, loose rock, lots of bouldering and trail finding via cairns!  Some brush & cactus overgrowth in places as well.  Drive to the TH was about an hour on rough unmaintained dirt, in 4WD and high clearance (recommended).   Quartz and the views from the summit were beautiful!!
