Quartz Peak

The experience started with the drive in. What. A. Trip! You for sure need a truck / 4 wheel drive. Honestly didn’t think we were on a real road and felt like we were trespassing but we finally made it to the trail head! Started early and we were the only ones there for the entire way up and ran into three others on the way down. Hike was easy and beautiful in the beginning but got tricky towards the end to find the top! The rocks were incredible and the view was breathtaking. Probably wouldn’t do it again but what a fun experience to celebrate my father in laws birthday!
