Summited my first of the six NorCal peaks. My pup and I began our hike at 10:30am from the Ohlone College trailhead. The weather was great and there were only a few other people on the trail. 7 miles round trip was quite the workout, especially the half mile just before the summit. The views from the peak are incredible. I have recently began experimenting with pyrography so I created my own homemade summit sign. Summiting a peak is very empowering! Cannot wait to continue this journey!

Good job tackling Mission Peak. It was the first one I did, and it definitely is worth it enjoy that excellent view from the top.
